Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences? We’re looking for a Sales and Central Bookings Executive to join our team! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our sales and booking operations, ensuring smooth guest journeys from enquiry to booking. You’ll manage incoming requests, optimise our Collins booking system, and collaborate with key departments to enhance operational efficiency and revenue opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and respond to booking enquiries, ensuring a seamless guest experience
  • Provide accurate information, confirm bookings, and explain policies to guests
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and assisting with bookings
  • Support social media community management and assist in handling guest complaints
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations to maximise table allocation and revenue
  • Ensure effective use of the Collins booking system to drive efficiency and sales

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales, reservations, or customer service role, ideally in hospitality
  • Strong organisational and communication skills to manage multiple bookings
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering great guest experiences
  • Ability to collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Experience using booking systems (Collins preferred)
