Through our innovative applications, we simplify recycling processes, digitalize waste management, and assist our partners in reducing their environmental impact. We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Specialist to join the Waste Log family and contribute to our sales and business development goals.
Job Responsibility:
Acquire new customers and achieve sales targets
Organize potential customer meetings to create business development opportunities
Build strong customer relationships and ensure sustainable partnerships
Monitor market trends and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Prepare project proposals, manage tenders, and create sales reports
Support the company’s marketing and promotional activities (e.g., digital platforms)
Contribute to and implement strategic company plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or project management
Proven success in closing sales deals
Experience in preparing project proposals, managing tender processes, and handling corporate clients
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
A results-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving approach
Advanced written and spoken English (mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Completion of military service for male candidates
Nice to have:
Knowledge of sustainability, circular economy, or waste management is a plus
