Job Responsibility:
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in Lithuania and Europe
Promote LeverX services: SAP implementation, S/4HANA transformations, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, EWM/TM, IBP, AMS, and ML/AI projects
Build a sustainable sales pipeline through networking, market research, SAP ecosystem engagement, and outbound activities
Engage with SAP Baltic and Nordic partner teams to identify joint opportunities and coordinate go-to-market initiatives
Conduct meetings with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and business leaders
Develop strong long-term relationships with existing and new customers
Understand customer business needs and translate them into appropriate LeverX solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
Work closely with presales, delivery, marketing, and global sales teams
Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and RFP/RFQ responses
Align with internal delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and forecasting
Participate in conferences, SAP events, and industry forums in the Baltics
Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline updates in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
Provide regular forecasts and market insights to regional leadership
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development
Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, ERP solutions, or enterprise consulting services
Proven ability to sell complex IT solutions to enterprise customers
Experience working with partners, system integrators, or consulting companies
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, or a related field
