Help build and scale a first-of-its-kind, industry-defining commercial program. You will help define go-to-market strategy, establish commercial standards, and scale a repeatable sales engine for a program that is setting the benchmark for an entirely new segment.

Job Responsibility

  • Pioneer new client relationships while creatively expanding value within existing accounts
  • Lead market education efforts around a first-in-class commercial offering
  • Establish innovative sales targets and execute growth strategies that define industry standards
  • Identify, structure, and close complex, consultative business opportunities
  • Build scalable, repeatable sales programs that support rapid national expansion
  • Educate property owners, developers, and industry leaders on the financial and environmental upside of preserving mature trees

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, property management, landscape sales, or consultative business development
  • Track record of closing complex, value-based deals in emerging or non-traditional markets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Executive-level communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Passionate about innovation, sustainability, and building something that has never existed before
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
