Employed within LCB-Sookmyung Academy, the Sales and Admissions Manager would be responsible for the sustainable growth of the sales and strategic positioning of LCB-SWU, aligned with the Le Cordon Bleu global strategy and toward the successful execution of the long-term vision of the company. In working closely and with good teamwork spirit with the PR & Marketing department, the Sales and Admissions Manager is responsible for meeting established goals. This position is a brand ambassador in representing the company adequately through meeting and interactions with partners, industry and other relevant institutions, reflecting the reputation of excellence associated with the brand “Le Cordon Bleu”.

Job Responsibility:

  • Recruiting of students for Classic Cycle (Cuisine, Pastry and Bakery programs), and other programs that LCB-SWU would be developing
  • Identifying and undertaking in-depth market research and analysis for the recruitment of prospective students (collecting data and information for establishing market trends and capabilities)
  • Suggesting, developing and implementing sales plans and strategies for the recruitment of students
  • Developing comprehensive strategies for student recruitment in high schools, vocational schools, universities
  • Planning and coordinating internal and external promotional events such as private appointment calendar, open house, school sales events, outside student fairs other specific industry events
  • Coordinating customized lessons and/or group requests
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with recruitment agents and key stakeholders in local market
  • Using accurately and efficiently the company CRM systems for lead tracking and sales follow-up so as to support precise analysis and analytics

Requirements:

  • Korean Nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 5 years in relevant field and/or industry
  • Experience in or understanding of culinary arts and/or hospitality management education or luxury /high-end service industry is preferred
  • Understanding and efficient use of CRM systems
  • Accurate data entry and reporting skills (Analytical attention to detail)
  • Ability to do presentations to committees and publics
  • Project and time management
  • MS Office intermediate to Advanced level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with people in a culturally diverse educational and business environment
  • Proven ability to solve problems
  • Korean native (spoken/written)
  • English fluent (spoken/written)
