Job Description

Axsos Academy is seeking a Sales and Admissions Team Lead to take full ownership of the admissions funnel and lead a high-performing team to achieve enrollment targets across multiple programs. In this role, you will optimize systems and processes, manage and coach the admissions team, and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to deliver a seamless, student-first experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales & Admissions team
  • Set clear goals, conduct regular 1:1 meetings, and coach performance
  • Foster a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement
  • Manage the full admissions journey: from lead intake to enrollment
  • Conduct discovery calls and admissions interviews
  • Standardize scripts, objection handling, and follow-up processes
  • Ensure a consistent, ethical, and student-focused sales approach
  • Manage and optimize the CRM system, including pipelines, automations, and reporting
  • Maintain high data quality and system efficiency
  • Track and report key metrics such as conversion rates and pipeline performance
  • Define and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Continuously test and improve messaging and conversion strategies
  • Use data insights to enhance performance and efficiency
  • Work closely with Marketing on lead generation and campaign effectiveness
  • Coordinate with Teaching teams on program schedules and admissions criteria
  • Collaborate with Career Services to communicate employment outcomes
  • Align with Finance on scholarships, payment plans, and documentation
  • Support the planning and execution of webinars and events
  • Monitor attendance, engagement, and post-event conversions
  • Ensure transparent and fair admissions practices
  • Protect student data and uphold the organization’s mission and values

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or admissions (EdTech, bootcamps, higher education, or B2C services)
  • Proven experience in team leadership and performance management
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, interpret data, and optimize funnels
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Confidence in engaging with prospects via phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings
  • Familiarity with scholarships, financing processes, and compliance requirements
  • Previous experience in Palestine or MENA markets
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred
  • Salesforce or HubSpot acceptable)
  • Ability to manage automation, dashboards, and data reporting
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
