Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development of regular reporting material by providing & presenting to forums analysis and interpretation of sales performance results, connected also where needed with other commercial KBIs (Market Shares, Revenues, Execution metrics)
  • Facilitate Performance reviews and meetings
  • Close partnering with Demand Planning to ensure that all organizational plans & decisions are properly translated to forward looking volume planning during both RE & BP cycles
  • Close partnering with sales leaders to support and align on landing estimates and alert when strong deviations vs plan are identified
  • Lead volume scenario planning, aiming to deliver the final plan to other functions for further evaluation (Finance, Supply chain), and collaborate to align on key insights and assumptions
  • Active member of S&OP forum
  • Solid understanding of company’s data sources, in order to lead the development of solutions needed to make business planning monitoring more effective using technology
  • Ability to quickly adopt to a dynamic environment
  • Priorities change, analytics follow as well
  • Set team routines, guidelines and control mechanisms to ensure data integrity, as well as in-full & on-time delivery of requests
  • Ability to effectively identify conflicts and re-prioritize tasks where and when needed
  • Have the team connected to the business, by regularly sharing updates

Requirements

  • University Degree in Operational Research, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or Mathematics
  • Business / commercial acumen: You have business understanding and analytical skills to identify the relevant metrics and transform data into insights
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Strong leadership skills, business problem definition, and priority setting skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant roles managing teams
  • Very good computer & MS Office suite skills
  • Fluent with Advanced Excel
  • Understanding of data models and how to combine different data sources to drive processes speed and automation
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be considered as an asset
  • Past role as an Analyst handling and modeling large amount of data will be considered as an asset
