Job Responsibility

  • Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO, supporting prioritization, follow-ups, and execution of key initiatives
  • Driving and coordinating cross-functional projects from planning to delivery
  • Preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders
  • Extracting, analyzing, and preparing reports from ERP to support decision-making, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring
  • Supporting decision-making through data analysis, financial insights, and business research
  • Using AI tools, Power BI, and Excel AI features to enhance analysis, reporting, and productivity
  • Improving internal processes by identifying opportunities for automation and smarter ways of working
  • Coordinating communication between the CEO, leadership team, and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, analytics, or finance
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data extraction
  • Practical experience with ChatGPT or similar tools for research and drafting
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for dashboards and KPI tracking
  • Advanced Excel skills, including AI-assisted or automation features
  • Ability to manage confidential information
