We are looking for an experienced and approachable Sales Analyst to join our team in Odessa, Texas. This role focuses on building strong relationships within the heavy industrial sector, while driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a key player in our sales operations, you will thrive in a dynamic environment that offers autonomy and flexibility.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong relationships with service managers in industrial shops to drive sales
Oversee the complete sales cycle, from identifying prospects and closing deals to nurturing post-sale relationships
Coordinate the delivery and pickup of parts, collaborating closely with the parts and service teams
Visit the office regularly to process orders, submit reports, and collect necessary parts
Represent the company positively and reliably within the assigned territory
Utilize the company-provided truck and fuel card for all business-related travel
Travel across the designated territory to meet clients and achieve sales goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management
Work independently to manage time and resources effectively while meeting sales objectives
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales or industrial settings
Strong ability to build and maintain detail-oriented relationships
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Proficient in sales analysis and reporting
Skilled in account management and delivering exceptional customer service
Comfortable working independently and traveling extensively within the territory
