Job Description

The Sales Operations Intern will be responsible for supporting the team with long-term projects as well as daily tasks and duties. They will collaborate and communicate with cross-functional partners to meet the team's needs throughout the internship. The ideal applicant for this position is an individual who communicates clearly and effectively, displays a strong work ethic, and has a drive to learn.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Support the preparation of weekly and monthly sales performance reports
  • Collaborate across sales and commercial teams on data-driven projects
  • Help maintain dashboards and update key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Seeking a degree in Business or a relevant field
  • Available to work 40 hours/week throughout the duration of the Summer Internship
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality
  • Can work independently and be a team player while maintaining a professional attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize/time-manage, and be highly detail-oriented
  • Legally authorized to work in the US before first day of employment

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or SAP BI is a plus
  • Knowledge of luxury, fashion, retail specialty or wholesale environment preferred
