We are looking for a highly proactive, motivated and results driven Sales Agent to join our growing telephone-based sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, contacting potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products or services. At Admiral Business we believe in providing exceptional products and services to our customers and as a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Admiral Business.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct calls to potential customers and effectively communicate the benefits of our products or services
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer enquiries
Upselling Admiral Business products to potential customers increasing the reach of Admiral Business
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service
Update customer information and sales records accurately in the CRM system
Requirements:
The ability to demonstrate a strong track record within an outbound sales environment
Experience of lead generation and prospecting
A positive and self-motivated mindset
Strong desire to build rapport with customers
Passionate about providing excellent service to the customer and going above and beyond
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
A keen eye for detail and an eagerness to learn
The ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced start-up environment
Experience of working with CRM systems to maximise sales achievement
Strong organisation skills with the confidence to challenge the status quo
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as underwriting, customer service, and marketing to deliver timely and accurate solutions to customers
Nice to have:
Previous insurance experience
Experience of working with Salesforce
