Job Responsibility:

Networking and prospecting
Listening to a client’s needs, preferences and searching for matching properties that may be a good fit
Analyzing current market conditions in a neighborhood to help a client price an apartment competitively
Building business relationships with landlords and clients
Marketing properties
Working independently and having control over your professional growth

Requirements:

MA Real Estate Salesperson license
Experience in customer service or working with the public
Excellent communication skills
Time management skills
Being a team player
Basic computer skills
Willingness to learn and pursue professional development
The desire to be successful
