Job Description:

Exciting new opportunity in travel retail, delivering exceptional service while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment! As a Sales Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product inquiries, and help drive sales in a retail environment. You will ensure that the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing. Additionally, you will handle transactions, manage customer issues, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. This role is for our LEGO store at Gatwick Airport.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet customers and offer assistance with product selection
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs
  • Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays
  • Handle customer transactions, including cash, credit, and returns
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store goals
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, store promotions, and policies

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
