As a Sales Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product inquiries, and help drive sales in a retail environment. You will ensure that the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing. Additionally, you will handle transactions, manage customer issues, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. This role is for our LEGO store at Gatwick Airport.
Job Responsibility:
Greet customers and offer assistance with product selection
Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs
Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays
Handle customer transactions, including cash, credit, and returns
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store goals
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor
Stay updated on product knowledge, store promotions, and policies
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
