Job Responsibility
Greet and engage every customer with confidence and warmth from the moment they walk in
Offer first-contact solutions, whether that's directing to click-and-collect or checking additional stock
Provide styling advice and product recommendations through active listening and strong product knowledge
Step in to support nearby tills or departments to keep the customer journey seamless
Keep visual presentation sharp and stock available through replenishment and stockroom upkeep
Get involved in store events and activations, and share feedback to keep us improving
Stay alert and compliant with store procedures to support loss prevention
Follow health and safety standards at all times
Represent Frasers to the highest standard, in service and in personal presentation
Requirements
Relevant retail or hospitality experience and a customer-first mindset
