Job Responsibility

Work collaboratively as a team to ensure all KPI’s and targets are met
Communicate with our existing and cancelled customers in an omni-channel contact center environment which includes inbound and outbound calls, emails and webchat
Ensure campaign and productivity targets are met by taking ownership of your own performance
Practice and promote ethical selling
Use objection handling and negotiation skills to promote additional products to help our customers achieve a wonderful looking lawn
Become a subject matter expert
Keep the customer at the center of everything you do
Support company growth by providing a first-class new customer journey
Identify opportunities and introduce the customer to our fantastic products and services
