Job Responsibility:
Handling incoming calls, emails, and digital enquiries
Advising customers on the most suitable hire products and services
Processing hires, off-hires, and order amendments accurately
Taking a consultative, sales-focused approach to identify opportunities to add value
Building and maintaining strong relationships with regular site contacts
Monitoring customer satisfaction and escalating issues where necessary
Ensuring all transactions meet Nixon Hire’s service and compliance standards
Requirements:
Experience in a sales or customer service role
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
A proactive, sales-minded attitude
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
The resilience to perform well in a busy, high-volume environment
Confidence using CRM and order processing systems
Nice to have:
