Sales advisor

• Deliver exceptional service, enhancing every client interaction and promoting the Brand, the product, and loyalty programs
• Understand customer needs, passionately present the product, and guide them toward the best choice
• Build long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty
• Promote complementary and omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, in-store tablets)
• Contribute actively to individual and team sales targets
• Handle customer requests or complaints professionally, together with the Store Manager
• Maintain store order and image (front and back areas) aligned with brand standards
• Support omnichannel flows and inventory activities
• Assist with cash operations and procedures in compliance with company policies
