Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Advisor in our Broadstairs office. The salary package on offer is £28,00 OTE.

Job Responsibility:

  • Getting to know our clients and understand their property dreams and desires
  • Leading property viewings, offering detailed and insightful information to potential buyers, making each visit informative and engaging
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive experience throughout their property journey
  • Working closely with your colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process

Requirements:

  • You will be a natural "people" person, with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently and quickly build relationships with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
  • You will have drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success
