LilaConnect are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Desk-Based Sales team to help us achieve our ambitious customer acquisition targets for Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding area. You are an experienced and skilled sales professional with a demonstrable track record in direct outbound sales and lead generation - perhaps gained in desk-based or contact centre sales team roles. We are busy, you won’t sit still much, and you’ll need to be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment where you’re accountable for your own performance and the quality of your work. But if you want to make an impact quickly - adding lots of value - and starting to develop a career with a company who have hugely ambitious growth plans, LilaConnect might be what you are looking for.
Job Responsibility:
Help achieve ambitious customer acquisition targets for Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding area
Direct outbound sales and lead generation
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via telephone calls, both inbound and outbound
Answer customer emails to stimulate sales opportunities
Requirements:
Successful background in meeting and/or exceeding sales KPI's
Able to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via telephone calls, both inbound and outbound as well an answering customer emails to stimulate sales opportunities
Able to be patient and remain focussed and composed even with challenging customers
Proficient using MS Office (word, excel, power point)
Experience of using CRM systems would be an advantage
Nice to have:
