Job Description:

This role will sit in our Advisor Team and your mission will be to attract the best childminders for Tiney. You'll be the first person anyone speaks to - that's pretty cool and also a big responsibility. You will need to be organised, work with urgency and really care about what you do, as you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of customers, up until the stage they start training as a Childminder.

Requirements:

Have experience in childcare or childminding (either as a parent, practitioner, or both)
Have a feel for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and why high-quality early education matters
Love a conversation and feel comfortable talking to people who are weighing up a big life decision
Have 1-2 years experience working in a sales/customer facing team or an office environment.
