Job Description:

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing clear advice and support on a range of insurance products. You'll handle quotes, policy changes, and renewals, ensuring every interaction is professional and positive. This is a varied role where no two days are the same - from phone calls and emails to working closely with your team to deliver outstanding service.

Job Responsibility:

Provide accurate advice and quotes for new and existing customers
Manage policy administration including new business, renewals, and adjustments
Deliver a friendly, efficient, and compliant service at all times
Support the team in achieving sales and service targets
Suggest process improvements to enhance performance

Requirements:

Previous insurance product knowledge and industry experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven
Committed to delivering excellent customer service
IT literate with high attention to detail
