Job Responsibility
Cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources and communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community and advance sales to move-in
Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects needs
Lead prospective residents and family members on guided tours
Inspect the building and model apartment(s) on a regular basis to maximize tour readiness
Coordinate and execute all aspects of sales and marketing through advertising, public relations, direct mail, special events, market research, and referral development
Utilize Sherpa to maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database
Perform follow-up through phone calls, personal visits, notes, etc
Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community
Requirements
A passion for sales
Two years of previous experience in a similar sales role is preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
What we offer
Compensation includes a base wage plus commission
Commission plan based on revenue received for each move in (3-6% of move in costs)
