Job Responsibility

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources
  • communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community and advance sales to move-in
  • coordinate and execute all aspects of sales and marketing for the community through advertising, public relations, direct mail, special events, market research, and referral development
  • conduct deep discovery to understand prospects needs
  • lead prospective residents and family members on guided tours
  • inspect the building and model apartment(s) on a regular basis to maximize tour readiness
  • utilize Sherpa to maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database
  • perform follow-up through phone calls, personal visits, notes, etc.
  • create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community

Requirements

  • Passion for sales
  • two years of previous experience in a similar sales role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
