As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through insurance options, handling queries, and delivering an exceptional service experience. From providing quotes to supporting renewals and policy changes, this is a varied role that suits someone who enjoys both sales and customer contact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing accurate advice and quotes for new and existing customers
  • Managing policy administration including new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
  • Delivering friendly, efficient, and compliant service
  • Supporting the team in achieving sales and service KPIs
  • Suggesting process improvements to enhance customer experience and performance
