Job Description:

Your role will be to focus on inbound leads and new business opportunities using both phone and Microsoft Teams. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers interested in our energy and consultancy solutions with your primary mission is to qualify incoming inquiries, conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, deliver quotes, and convert these leads into satisfied customers. Additionally, you will proactively reach out to lapsed accounts and past prospects to reignite their interest. This role requires excellent communication skills, quick problem-solving, and a persuasive yet customer-centric approach to sales. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with on-target earnings aligned to achievable sales goals.

Requirements:

  • You will also need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word products and CRM tools
  • Be happy to work remotely as well as in the office under a hybrid arrangement
