Job Description:

The Sales & Admissions Associate is actively participating to the growth of the number of leads for recruiting of students eventually in Korea, and the promotion of all programs for Le Cordon Bleu-Sookmyung Academy, in alignment with Le Cordon Bleu International strategies and priorities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Culinary Arts Education Programs sales through professional counseling service, inbound and outbound sales approach
  • Coordinate and run events to recruit prospects such as seminars, exhibitions, presentations, sales call and special lecture programs etc.
  • Support for sales and marketing promotion and promotional material planning
  • Work with the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales plans and strategies for the recruitment of students

Requirements:

  • Experience in or understanding of culinary arts and/or hospitality management education in any educational service industry is preferred
  • Bachelor degree or over
  • Understanding and efficient use of CRM systems
  • Accurate data entry and reporting skills (Analytical attention to detail)
  • Ability to do presentations to committees and publics
  • Project and time management
  • MS Office intermediate to Advanced level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with people in a culturally diverse educational and business environment
  • Proven ability to solve problems
  • Korean native (spoken/written)
  • English fluent (spoken/written)
