Job Responsibility
Handling incoming calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner
Taking customer orders and accurately inputting them onto internal systems
Preparing and issuing customer quotes
Processing orders from start to finish
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Providing customers with updates and resolving any queries
Delivering an excellent level of customer service at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role within an office environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Good IT skills and confidence using CRM or order processing systems
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
