Job Description:

Are you looking to earn a bit of extra income or seeking a part-time role that fits around your lifestyle? Join a friendly, small office team in Dunston as a Sales Administrator on a temporary basis. Immediate start available for a flexible, 12-hour per week role with duties involving Excel-based administration tasks and customer support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the general office team with administration tasks
  • Processing sales orders, including client acknowledgements and purchase orders
  • Processing supplier invoices and raising client invoices
  • Answering calls and assisting with customer queries
  • Preparing documents and maintaining accurate files
  • Updating cost sheets, flagging variances, and other Excel-based tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous administration or sales admin experience
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Organised, proactive, and a team player
