This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in supporting the sales function - managing customer enquiries, maintaining CRM data, processing pricing and account queries, and ensuring smooth administrative processes across the commercial team. You'll work predominantly with a friendly, down-to-earth sales team, with occasional crossover into other departments.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the shared inbox to ensure timely responses to customer enquiries
Answering office telephone, handling inbound calls with professionalism, providing excellent customer service
Process and monitor pricing and account queries, including issuing and gaining approval for credit notes
Create and maintain accurate account information (invoicing addresses, primary contacts, etc.)
Support the after-sales servicing and repair process
Provide administrative support to sales managers and account managers
Maintain accurate customer and account data (updates, deduplication, cleansing)
Support end-users with day-to-day CRM queries, basic troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance
Assist with CRM updates and configuration tasks under guidance (fields, forms, workflows)
Generate and distribute sales reports and dashboards to support the commercial team
Requirements:
Proven experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service Admin, or similar
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Dynamics 365 CRM experience desirable
Excellent communication skills (phone, email, Teams)
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach
A strong team player who takes initiative and demonstrates a can-do attitude
Positive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
