Job Description:

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in supporting the sales function - managing customer enquiries, maintaining CRM data, processing pricing and account queries, and ensuring smooth administrative processes across the commercial team. You'll work predominantly with a friendly, down-to-earth sales team, with occasional crossover into other departments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the shared inbox to ensure timely responses to customer enquiries
  • Answering office telephone, handling inbound calls with professionalism, providing excellent customer service
  • Process and monitor pricing and account queries, including issuing and gaining approval for credit notes
  • Create and maintain accurate account information (invoicing addresses, primary contacts, etc.)
  • Support the after-sales servicing and repair process
  • Provide administrative support to sales managers and account managers
  • Maintain accurate customer and account data (updates, deduplication, cleansing)
  • Support end-users with day-to-day CRM queries, basic troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance
  • Assist with CRM updates and configuration tasks under guidance (fields, forms, workflows)
  • Generate and distribute sales reports and dashboards to support the commercial team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service Admin, or similar
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Dynamics 365 CRM experience desirable
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, Teams)
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach
  • A strong team player who takes initiative and demonstrates a can-do attitude
  • Positive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
