Job Description:

Sales Administrator role for a leader in their industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to clients. Join a friendly and supportive team in Swanley.

Job Responsibility:

Process a high-volume of product orders
Answer incoming calls from customers to assist with orders and queries
Process invoices for all sales transactions
Ensure customer data is up to date
Provide support in reporting sales data
Support the branch sales team with general operations
Take phone calls and respond to e-mails from customers
Communicate internally the feedback from customers

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Dynamics 365 is an advantage
A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in sales administration or similar role is desirable

Nice to have:

Experience with Dynamics 365
Previous experience in sales administration
