The company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day sales support functions. The primary focus of this role is to manage customer enquiries, process orders with high accuracy, and coordinate documentation to ensure a seamless sales workflow.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and oversee all customer enquiries and incoming office phone calls across multiple regions
Support the sales team by processing sales orders from various channels, including email, phone, and website enquiries, with a high level of accuracy
Develop and maintain accurate sales documentation, including quotations, customer stock reports, and fortnightly sales reports
Coordinate order fulfilment by organising stock transfers and liaising with the warehouse for local print orders
Maintain accurate records and handle financial administration, such as preparing credit application forms and processing phone payments
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by assisting with office coordination, including managing supplies and internal staff events
Collaborate with sales representatives and internal teams to address operational challenges and improve the overall customer experience.
