To review enquiries received from clients, understand the scope requirements and build compliant quotations in the format specified and return them in a timely fashion. It is important that to promote the values of the company with regards to health, safety and the perception of the company to our clients and staff.
Job Responsibility:
Undertake an initial review of enquiries received
Support the completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) for tenders
Create and maintain accurate records in the operational Focal Point system
Prepare accurate customer quotations in a timely manner
Take and process orders accurately via telephone and email
Deal with inbound calls and enquiries
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
Book meetings and event spaces as needed
Manage general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and email management
Requirements:
Good organisational skills
Able to plan, prioritise and meet tight deadlines
Ability to deal with pressure in a professional manner
Excellent communication skills
Good Microsoft Office computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail)
