Job Responsibility:
Meeting and greeting customers
Preparing and sending out invoices
Monitoring insurances
Entering accurate data onto the CRM database
Creating reports
Ordering supplies
Organising company events
Onboarding new staff and setting up equipment
Managing vehicle collection and delivery
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Previous experience as a Sales Administrator
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organisational, analytical and administrative skills
