Job Description:

Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to deliver exceptional service and handle the full order cycle. Job Responsibility:

Delivering exceptional customer service
Managing the full order cycle from enquiry and quotation to processing, dispatch, and delivery
Taking ownership of customer orders and ensuring timely, accurate updates
Providing first-line support through telephone and email, resolving queries with confidence and care
Building strong product knowledge to offer tailored advice, up-sell, and cross-sell effectively
Coordinating with shipping companies and customs to resolve delivery issues
Handling after-sales support including returns, complaints, warranties, and service requests
Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
Making proactive outbound calls to follow up on orders and identify new sales opportunities

Requirements:

Previous experience as a sales administrator or customer service role
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise a busy workload under pressure
A natural problem-solver with a positive can-do attitude
Confident communicator
Tech-savvy with experience using ERP systems and Microsoft office
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently
