Job Responsibility:
Accurately process sales orders using Sage, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Prepare and issue quotes and sales orders within agreed deadlines
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering technical advice and resolving queries efficiently
Maintain up-to-date customer records and manage communications via email and phone
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including inbox management, scheduling, and document handling
Monitor and analyse sales metrics using spreadsheets and CRM tools to support performance reporting
Requirements:
Experience in a sales administration or similar role
Proficiency in Sage and CRM systems
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
Solid understanding of sales processes and administrative record keeping
