We are seeking a driven and passionate Sales Administrator to join our client based in Whiteley. Job Responsibility:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Preparing and sending out invoices
  • Monitoring insurances
  • Entering accurate data onto the CRM database
  • Creating reports
  • Ordering supplies
  • Organising company events
  • Onboarding new staff and setting up equipment
  • Managing vehicle collection and delivery

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Previous experience as a Sales Administrator
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational, analytical and administrative skills
