Sales Administrator role in the serviced offices industry, supporting sales team and driving success. First point of contact for incoming enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Job Responsibility:
Responding to all incoming enquiries on the same day
Logging leads and enquiries to support internal data capture and reporting
Efficiently managing the team's diary and conducting necessary follow-ups
Elevating current processes and developing new ones to streamline the sales process
Achieving KPIs related to daily activity, pipeline management, and conversion rates
Assist in achieving new workstation sales targets and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients
Provide accurate information on pricing and availability to brokers, agents, and prospective clients
Ensure compliance with commercial, financial, and legal structures as needed
Build and nurture relationships with external intermediaries, such as the Broker community and Commercial Real Estate Agents
Requirements:
A clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
Proficient in utilising company systems and software to present information timely
