Job Responsibility:
Departmental Coordination: Coordinate key departmental activities and ensure smooth execution of recurring and ad hoc initiatives
Executive & Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the department and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Process Improvement: Support the creation, documentation, and continuous improvement of business processes, procedures, and operational checklists
KPI Reporting & Analysis: Produce daily and weekly KPI reports for the entire Sales department
Monthly Analysis: Conduct in-depth monthly analysis of key metrics by territory and overall performance
Lead Distribution: Manage and distribute incoming marketing and editorial leads to the appropriate Sales team members in a timely and organized manner
New Joiner Onboarding: Assist with onboarding schedules and coordination for new team members
