Job Responsibility:
Prepare and manage lower-value sales quotations
Assist with budget pricing and tender schedules
Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing, specifications, and lead times
Coordinate team calendars for training and workshops
Support Account Managers with mock-ups and sample orders
Track supplier deliveries and ensure timelines are met
Verify supplier order acknowledgements against purchase orders
Monitor project budgets and flag discrepancies
Attend internal handover and project meetings
Ensure delivery of agreed client service levels
Maintain workflow documentation for compliance and audits
Book deliveries and installations for smaller orders
Authorise supplier invoices and track job reports
Handle warranty and service issues
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Experience in a customer service or procurement role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Calm under pressure and proactive in problem-solving
