IBEX Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth sales operations and efficient customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Process sales orders, generate invoices, and manage customer records
Coordinate with the sales team to track sales progress and achieve targets
Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondences
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Manage and update the CRM system
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in a sales administration or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
