Job Responsibility

  • Assist the internal sales process by managing client inquiries via email and phone
  • Accurately input and manage customer orders within our internal systems to ensure efficient delivery
  • Prepare and issue professional sales quotations tailored to specific client requirements
  • Guide customers on various product options and branding solutions, with a focus on our eco-friendly ranges
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support, administration, or customer service role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a confident telephone manner
  • Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize a busy workload effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications, with meticulous attention to detail in grammar and spelling
