As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our regional sales and partner teams. You’ll help optimise processes, improve data quality, and deliver the insights that drive smarter decisions and sustainable growth. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to streamline workflows and enable our teams to perform at their best.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and optimise CRM data, ensuring accuracy and visibility across the sales cycle
Produce clear, timely reports on pipeline, performance, and forecasting
Support new team members with onboarding and system training
Coordinate between departments to improve quote-to-order and reporting efficiency
Identify process improvements and support key projects that increase operational effectiveness
Analyse sales trends and performance metrics to highlight risks or opportunities
Handle internal and partner queries professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
Experience in Sales Operations, Business Administration, or a related analytical or commercial role
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong organisational and multitasking ability with attention to detail
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel or Power BI
Analytical mindset with curiosity and a drive for improvement
Can meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
