Job Responsibility:
Supporting day‑to‑day office operations to ensure an efficient working environment
Assisting with preparing reports, documentation, and basic data entry as required
Maintaining accurate filing systems, both digital and paper based
Coordinating incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and general correspondence
Providing hospitality support for visitors, including meeting room preparation
Organising internal meetings, diaries, and team activities when required
Monitoring and ordering office supplies to ensure resources remain well stocked
Supporting wider business functions during busy periods or peak operational times
Ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times regarding customer and business information
Contributing to continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Participating in team briefings, meetings, and initiatives to support overall business goals
Providing general assistance to colleagues and management as needed
Requirements:
