As a Temporary Sales Administrator, you will coordinate information, support sales managers, manage filing systems, organise sales support materials, handle order management, and maintain and distribute price lists. You'll work 3 days onsite and 1 day from home, providing crucial support to the Sales & Marketing team.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure smooth communication and distribution of information between the Sales & Marketing department and other teams
Provide assistance to Sales Managers and the Sales & Marketing Director in launching new developments
Keep the sales department organised with efficient filing systems and general administrative tasks
Coordinate the provision of adequate sales support materials for each development
Raise orders for the Sales and Marketing department
Regularly update and distribute price lists to site teams on a weekly basis
Requirements:
Organised and proactive

Understanding of managing and distributing price lists
