Job Responsibility
Customer & Sales Support: Act as the primary contact for project customers, manage incoming calls, counter sales, and handle pricing/stock availability enquiries
Order & Credit Processing: Process sales orders, quotes, credits, and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs)
Reporting & Tracking: Run and manage critical daily and weekly reports (including VLO60 and VAO5N backorder reports)
