We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to support a busy commercial team within a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys working collaboratively.
Job Responsibility
Accurately input sales data into internal systems and monitor stock levels
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution teams
Create and manage product and supplier documentation
Prepare and issue correspondence in line with company procedures
Check, collate, and manage invoices, ensuring timely processing and follow-ups
Support the wider sales function to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
Strong IT skills, including word processing and general Windows-based systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Nice to have
Experience using spreadsheets in Excel
Background in a commercial, trading, or supply-based environment
Ambition to grow and develop within the role
