Due to business growth, this Sales Administrator role offers you a unique opportunity to be part of our timber import and distribution operation as we continue to expand.
Job Responsibility
Allocating and processing all incoming enquiries and orders onto the Biztrak ERP system
Processing customer orders and enquiries, ensuring all orders are checked, and resolving and monitoring issues
Communicating effectively with internal and external teams and providing support
Requirements
Experience in a sales administration environment
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Microsoft Office experience (Excel and Outlook)
Able to listen well, multi-task and deliver excellent customer service
Good time management and workload organisation
Able to work effectively under pressure and achieve results
