Job Description:

Technical Sales Administrator role in a thriving, forward-thinking manufacturing company experiencing exciting growth. Key player in global customer support team.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver exceptional customer service through telephone and email
Accurately process orders
Track orders from initiation to completion
Provide accurate quotations and manage customer orders end-to-end
Offer first-line technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
Develop strong product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and upsell
Liaise with freight forwarders and customs to resolve shipping issues
Handle invoicing, payment queries, and aftersales issues including returns, warranties, and complaints
Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
Make outbound calls to follow up on orders and promote additional products

Requirements:

Highly organised and detail-oriented
Able to prioritise under pressure
Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
Confident MS Office skills
Strong technical background with ability to understand and explain product-related technical solutions
Proven experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
