As part of a close-knit administration team you will support with the day-to-day coordination of engineers and works.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate daily schedules for installation, maintenance, and service engineers
Allocate jobs efficiently based on engineer availability, location, and skillset
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and job documentation
Maintain accurate records of jobs, customer details, and service history in CRM systems
Monitor job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays
Follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback
Order equipment and materials in line with scheduled works
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales administration, scheduling, or customer service role
Proven ability to coordinate diaries, schedules, or field-based engineers/technicians
Experience using CRM systems and job management software
Strong administrative background with experience handling quotes, invoices, and order processing
Demonstrable experience dealing with customers in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
