We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy head office team based in Team Valley. This is a key role supporting major accounts and senior team members, ensuring a high level of customer service and the smooth running of internal processes. This is NOT a sales role, this is an administrative position supporting Key Account Managers and delivering excellent customer support.
Job Responsibility:
Processing quotations and sales orders
Updating systems including stock, pricing, and customer records
Coordinating transport, delivery instructions, and PDI processes
Managing customer updates and reporting
Supporting debtor processes and ensuring invoice accuracy
Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
Escalating issues to the Supply Manager or Key Account Managers where required
Requirements:
Strong administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
IT literate, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and planning skills
